The mansion complex Hotel Sarmata***, which has been designed to capture the ambience of the Sarmathian era, is one of few hotels in south-eastern Poland offering a unique atmosphere in the spirit of Polish nobility. The interiors of the mansion complex, including the hotel, the restaurant and the wine cellar, which pay tribute to its signature historic details, ensure a truly memorable experience.
The mansion complex Hotel Sarmata*** offers accommodation for 127 guests in rooms and suites with bathroom. Our rooms feature convenient amenities such as LCD TV (26 in.) with over 20 foreign-language channels, radio, safe, telephone, free internet access (LAN and wireless) and automatic door closer. Each bathroom is equipped with washbasin, shower, WC/toilet and hairdryer. Manor complex consists of three buildings: hotel, 19th century manor and annex.
Our guest may choose from various types of room: double standard, twin standard, twin deluxe, triple luxe, one-room suites with bathroom (manor), two-room suites with bathroom (manor), double rooms with bathroom (annex). Our hotel is suitable for single business travellers as well as families with children appreciating spaciousness and intimate atmosphere at the same time.

Facilities

As the only hotel in Sandomierz, Hotel Sarmata*** provides an attended car park and an in-house car park for passenger cars. Since your safety and convenience is our top priority! Other amenities available to our guests include 24-hour reception, restaurant, wine cellar, banquet hall and conference room. In our spa and recreational area (Jacuzzi and dry sauna) you will find pure rest and relaxation (open Q4 2010). We assure our guests an intimate atmosphere and a comfortable stay in green and pleasant surroundings.

Dining

The mansion restaurant features Old Polish and regional cuisine. The exquisite dishes of Sarmathian cuisine perfectly harmonise with the history of the mansion hotel, dating back to the middle of the 19th century. The air-conditioned “Restauracja Sarmacka”, paying tribute to the mansion’s historic character, offers space for 80 guests in a unique ambience with a view over the courtyard, the Lantern of Chocim, and the surrounding park. Wine cellar is located in the hotel. in The walls of the wine cellar have been covered with natural stone (Jurassic limestone), highlighting the historic character of the wine cellar and the wealth of the region. This makes our wine cellar a unique place. Our select wines are guaranteed to delight even the most discerning palate.
