Our escorted tours run on fixed dates with up to 25 travelers per group — you join a small group sharing a set itinerary, a tour escort, and premium accommodation. Our private tours run on your dates with just your party — you choose the pace, the season, and even the hotel category. Both are operated directly by our Warsaw team.
Most of our tours include accommodation with breakfast, all in-country transport, English-speaking guides, entrance fees to listed attractions, and applicable taxes. Many private tours also include airport transfers, and most escorted tours include additional meals beyond breakfast — this varies by tour. International flights, travel insurance, and gratuities aren’t included on any of our tours. The full list of what’s included and what’s not is shown on each tour page, so we recommend checking the specific tour you’re considering.
Click “Request the Tour” on any tour page and send us your details — no payment is needed at this stage. Our team will get back to you to confirm availability and walk you through the booking. To secure your spot, we ask for a 20% deposit, paid by credit card via a secure link. The remaining balance is due 65 days before departure for escorted tours, or 30 days before for private tours.
For escorted tours, you get a full refund up to 66 days before departure (minus a 50 EUR service fee per person). 65–46 days out: 50% fee. 45 days or less: full charge. For private tours, the timeline tightens — full refund up to 31 days before departure (minus 50 EUR), 30–16 days: 50%, 15 days or less: full charge. We confirm every escorted tour 70 days out, so you’ll know early if anything changes on our side.
Tour prices on our website are shown in your selected currency — PLN, EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, or AUD — based on the National Bank of Poland exchange rate. The final invoice is issued in Polish złoty (PLN), our operating currency.
Credit card payments are always processed in PLN. For bank transfers, you can choose PLN or EUR. The exact amount charged may differ slightly from the displayed price due to exchange rate fluctuations on the day of payment.
Yes — solo travelers are welcome on every tour. On escorted tours, you join a group of fellow travelers, and a single room is available for a supplement (priced per tour). On private tours, our standard pricing starts at 2 travelers, so we’ll send you a custom quote for solo arrangements — just get in touch.
All our tours are conducted in English by local Polish guides and drivers. If you’d prefer another language — Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Russian — we can arrange this for private tours on request.
