All quoted service prices are Internet-based and discounted. In order to cover the cost of personal service, we apply a small service charge of 0-10% (usually 5%); details are in the conditions. In return you receive exclusive service: unlimited personal consultancy, an emergency phone number, no credit card transaction fees, free restaurant guides (shipped by post before your tour starts), and free restaurant / culture events booking.

Our cancellation policy is very reasonable. If you must cancel a tour, we want to be as lenient as possible.

We do our best to keep our prices low. Our customers strongly emphasize on the excellent value for the money of our tours. We don’t use misleading first-glance low prices. Everything you need is included - all entrance fees, health insurance, taxes and most meals. There are no extra payments.
For your benefit we keep the prices in Polish zloty, which has weakened in 2009, making the tour prices very affordable. There is no extra service charge for fixed-date Escorted tours – you just pay the price you see on our website.
